Returns & Refund Policy

Because each of our lavender products is handcrafted in small batches to bring you the freshest experience, all sales are final.

That said, we want you to feel good about shopping with us. If your item is unopened, unused, and still in its original condition and packaging, or if it arrives damaged, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of purchase—either by shipping it back or bringing it directly to our shop.

Please note:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom orders, gift cards, and personal care items (like bath salts, scrubs, and lotions) are always final sale.

Returning In Person

If you’d like to bring your eligible item back in person, just stop by during our regular shop hours. We’d love to help you in person and get things sorted right away.

Shipping Your Return

Prefer to mail it? Please email us at [email protected] first so we can guide you through the process. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service since we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return—whether in person or by mail—we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
